1. General Terms

FFScripts is a digital marketplace where users can buy and sell software, scripts, and digital assets.

By registering, you agree to provide accurate information.

FFScripts operates under CloudWish LLC and follows the applicable laws of its jurisdiction.

2. Buying and Selling

Buyers receive a license to use purchased products but do not own the product itself.

Vendors set their own product terms and are responsible for providing customer support.

Vendors must ensure that their products comply with intellectual property laws and do not infringe on third-party rights.

FFScripts charges a commission starting at 32%, decreasing to 5% based on total sales.

FFScripts reserves the right to remove any product that violates marketplace policies.

3. Refunds & LTD Policy

Refunds are only granted for defective products where the vendor fails to resolve the issue.

LTD (Lifetime Deals) are non-refundable after 20 days, as FFScripts does not guarantee the longevity of external software services.

FFScripts is not liable if an LTD provider discontinues its service.

4. Account Termination

FFScripts reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate our terms, including but not limited to:

Fraudulent transactions

Copyright infringement

Misleading product listings

Abuse of our platform

5. Service Availability & Marketplace Control

FFScripts reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or suspend any part of the marketplace at any time.

We are not responsible for financial losses resulting from vendor disputes, software failures, or product removals.

6. Limitation of Liability

FFScripts is not liable for product defects, lost revenue, business disruptions, or third-party service failures.

All transactions are between buyers and vendors; FFScripts acts only as a facilitator.

Users agree that FFScripts' liability is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.

7. Legal Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws under which CloudWish LLC operates.

Any legal disputes must be resolved in the appropriate courts of CloudWish LLC’s jurisdiction.
